This hot-forged boss is based on a peculiar form of Viking Age shield boss found predominantly in Ireland.
Our version is raised from a cone of 14 gauge steel, and can be drilled with your preference of mounting holes. Rivets and hand-cut washers are available for mounting for an extra US$3.00/hole. Specially formed rivets, thicker steel, etc. are additional options that we would be happy to discuss with you.
