US$950
German infantry gauntlets, c.1510. Based closely on artefacts A256, A257 from the Wallace collection, London.
Made of 18 and 20 gauge steel (folded double at cuff and finger lame) with hand-made buckles and deerskin gloves – can be custom-made to fit any size of hand. Rivets run in slots, reducing the restriction to motion of movement. Similar gauntlets could be made with complete fingers, at extra cost.
